Reasons Why a Business Would Fail

On Procrastination in Business

According to Achebe “Procrastination is a lazy man’s apology”.

๐Ÿ‘‰ For me ‘procrastination is a killer of dreams,a killer of business and a killer of ideas’. This is because most times you end up not doing whatever you keep postponing. Stop deferring actions, take a leap.

So this Monday morning, make up your mind to stop procrastinating. Get on the boat and try those ideas in your head. How long will you keep postponing that business trip/venture. A business that procrastinates is sure to fail.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Swift decision making is one of the traits of a successful business. Don’t waste time weighing the pros and cons. The more you do that the more fear grips you and you would never do what you want to do.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Even the bible said that he that considers the weather will not sow. This doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t be careful but check your self well. Some of us are too careful to a fault.

๐Ÿ‘‰ If you’re a business person then risk taking comes with the territory. You can’t afford to be too careful otherwise you’re in for failure. It is through testings and trials that the best results are achieved. You would know the things that work and the ones that don’t work. Run with the ones that work and keep testing on the other ones until you find a way. Then booom, there’s breakthrough. I remember when I wanted to print 2,000 copies of my book and my publisher was like it’s too much, would you sell all of it? why not start with 500. I said no. Today I’ve printed more books, aggressive marketing gave me results. Fear is not good for business. Keep pushing, ย take action, stop procrastinating. This new week is a good time to move.

So tell us in the comment section. What’s that fear you were able to successfully overcome?
