Are Your Sales Operations Easy for Customers to Navigate?

♦️Are Your Sales Operations/Avenues Easy to Navigate?

You need to answer this question as an entrepreneur or a person in business.

By sales operations I mean your sales methods. Are they easy to navigate or is it one heck of a problem. Do your customers queue up for hours before they’re attended to or is your online portal another GMAT they have to solve before they figure it out.

Know this👉 Sales are easily made and increased when customers find it easy to buy from you.

💥For instance, if a customer remembers that she needs to buy something else, meanwhile she went through  a hassle to pay for the first one, do you think she would go back? The answer is ‘very unlikely’ nobody wants an  additional stress.

If you sell via a website, is your website easy to navigate? Or does your customer keep wandering around trying to figure out which is the sales button or what the price of the product or service is.

Make sure you have an easy to use website. Make sure that you have payment options for buyers.

You need to understand the the psychology of consumers then have options that can suit different category of people.

For instance some people don’t like online purchases, they’re afraid of fraudulent individuals picking up their card details.

Do you have a transfer option for them, a USSD code that they will be comfortable with?

Is there room for charge backs should there be network failure during an online payment?

Customers worry about these seemingly little problems. So you need to make it easy for them to buy from you by reassuring them that there are charge backs, that there is a code for quick transfers.

If your store is physical, do you have a POS device for cashless customers.

Some people don’t go around with huge sums of money, they prefer to pay through POS or bank transfers. Is your business flexible enough to accommodate all category of buyers.

♦️If it’s not make the needed adjustments today otherwise you will keep losing major business deals.

As a business person and consumer that I am, I have noticed that you sell more when you make it easy for people to buy from you.

So consider your avenues for sales and customise them to be customer friendly  and watch your sales jump up🧚‍
